ODIN grew out of iStore iSend's own fulfilment operations, where every stock discrepancy, missed cut-off and extra manual step has a real cost.
Co-founders Joe Khoo and Tommy Yong built iStore iSend around fulfilment and technology. Their published founder interview describes ODIN as its proprietary system for managing orders, warehouse work and transport.
Our own operations continue to use ODIN. That keeps the product connected to practical problems: missing stock, shifting priorities, new operators and orders that must leave on time.
